This television series is loosely based on the first book in the Otherworld book series. It was formally on the CBC (Canada Broadcasting Channel) SYFY network. This show had a total of three seasons and ran from 2014 to 2016. The estate of Stone Haven actually exists! Bear Valley, NY of course does not exist. The majority of the show was filmed on set in Canada -- Toronto, a Hamilton location and Hespeler. The Stone Haven property is located in Cambridge.
